Hannah Mumm

Hannah is fluent in French. A few years ago she was a foreign exchange student in southern France, where she discovered that she LOVES to travel and write. Aside from France, she’s taken herself to Poland, Italy, Germany, Canada, Washington D.C., and New York City. She kept a travel blog about all of her misadventures, and when she came home to the PNW, she just kept on writing! One of her short stories was published in the Allegheny Review, and she’s currently a freelance writer for the Inlander. Hannah is an Admissions Counselor for her alma mater, Whitworth University, which means she travels around the country meeting high school students and their families. She enjoys baking and cooking—there’s a special soft spot in her heart for French cuisine. As well as for her fourteen-year-old dachshund, Ella Mumm. Hannah is most happy when she’s near a body of water. She likes to really get in there: She wears goggles and plays with pool toys in an enthused way that frequently leads onlookers to mistake me for an extremely tall twelve year old.
