Rogue Newton

Rogue is a 3.9 GPA former student at Cascade High School, where he has participated in many sports. In his freshman year, he made the varsity team for both track and field and basketball. Sophomore year was a huge step up where Rogue placed 3rd and 4th in the 110 hurdles and the 300 hurdles at the state meet. He also helped his basketball team place 2nd in state. In his most recent school year, he received both first team all-league and second team all-state defensive back awards in football. For the first 4 games of the basketball season, Rogue started every game until he suffered an ACL tear in his right knee. Rogue was devastated, but accepted his new role on the team and became the best teammate he could. He eventually helped lead his team from the sideline to a 4A state championship. Being a captain on numerous sports teams has allowed him to develop many leadership skills. He also has also learned to be very coachable and does his best to follow directions when someone more knowledgeable directs him.

Rogue always wants to do a little bit of everything, whether that includes surfing, snowboarding, wake boarding, rock climbing, rafting or any other activity that is adventurous. He is always a very happy and uplifting person who will always do his best to help someone out. He is an outgoing person with a love of the outdoors and sports, and will always have a smile on his face in any situation.
