Samantha Smith

Samantha has enjoyed a very active lifestyle, starting as a high school/college athlete (volleyball, track, dance/cheer, tennis) and continuing on into coaching her kids sports as well as several years as a high school volleyball coach. She have been a personal trainer for the last 8 years and in between has done some one on one volleyball skills training. Sam enjoys lake surfing, knee boarding, wake boarding and swimming and spends every hour she can doing water sports when the weather allows.
